Winona Career and Technical educators attended the MS ACTE Conference in Biloxi on July 17-19. MS ACTE provides career and technical educators valuable professional development for improving their teaching practice. WCTC’s Culinary Arts teacher Mrs. Libby Carson helped to lead a class on cake decorating for culinary teachers from across the state.

Mentor teacher Rhonda Brasfield and District Case Manger Lori Sturdivant attended two-day conference on High Level Practices in Special Education. The Winona-Montgomery Consolidated School District will hold the annual budget review of the Consolidated Federal Programs, IDEA, and Preschool Budgets for the FY24 school year as well as the Title I Federal Programs stakeholders’ information distribution July 25, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:30 am and July 26, 2023 between the hours 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm in the Winona Elementary School Library.
