ATTENTION PARENTS
Free Sports Physicals for the 2023-2024 School Year will be given May 9th.
Your child should bring home a packet of information with a letter attached. The packet requires a parent signature in 5 spots, and must be returned on physical day to get a free physical. After this day all physicals will be at the parents expense, and students will not be scheduled into athletic periods without a valid physical.
Students should receive the packets on May the 4th.
