Dr. Alainey Hughes and her CCR classes and Career Coach Kelli Blaylock at Winona High School welcomed Mr. Steve Lane, Human Resources Director at Anel Corporation, which specializes in high-quality, custom metal fabrications for a wide variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Mr. Lane started his presentation by asking “What plan do you have today?” He asked students what careers they hope to be employed in after graduation and if they have a plan to achieve their goals. He encouraged students that “in everything you do, give 100% of what you’ve got, every day.”

Mr. Lane said three top jobs at Anel are machinists, welders and engineers.

Thank you to Mr. Steve Lane for investing in our community and sharing the best employability lessons that will also transfer to many other aspects of life. If our seniors decide to apply for a job at Anel, they will already know a familiar face!
