James Armstrong, WHS Class of 2020 Graduate and Eagle Scout, recently received a resolution from the Mississippi House of Representatives commending and congratulating him on earning 138 merit badges which is every badge available and more than any person in the history of Boy Scouts of America.
This honor is signed by Philip Gunn, Speaker of the MS House of Representatives, and Karl Oliver, Representative District 46.
